In addition to our own real estate projects that we put up for sale on the public market, we also build for you on commission. When building to order, we first help our clients find the optimal location in the form of land, demolition or renovation houses and then develop a holistic, new design concept.

We then implement this concept in consultation with our clients and provide all the necessary services. Our aim is to make the building process as time-saving and convenient as possible for our customers.

1. Scouting

If you are not yet in possession of a plot of land on Mallorca, we can help you in your search. Based on many years of experience and excellent networking in the area of “locations on Mallorca”, we support you in the search for a suitable plot for your future property and thus offer ourselves as an intermediary and consultant. In doing so, you will benefit from our experience as a local property developer.

Whether you are looking for a plot in an urban area, a townhouse or a Finca Rustica – we will find the ideal location to realise your dream home. In doing so, we take into account the criteria you set, such as budget, orientation, location, sea view, etc.

2. Financing & legal custody

Together with our proven partners, we provide you with advice and support during the purchase process. In addition to an initially necessary “due diligence” (due diligence of the property), we accompany you comprehensively: starting with financing options, the drafting of the down payment contract, the drafting of the purchase contract, the planning of notary appointments, etc.

3. Concept development

Once the property has been acquired, we begin with the concept development. By this we mean a “holistic concept development”, which includes architecture, landscaping and horticulture as well as a suitable interior concept. Thus, we cover all areas for a turnkey handover and at the same time remain true to a holistic design line. In addition, you have the advantage of obtaining all areas from a single source and having only one contact person.

4. Projektmanagement

After receiving the building licence, we start implementing the concept without delay and move on to the construction process. We coordinate, manage and monitor this continuously to ensure punctuality and quality.
